Telecaster Bass Guitar

I’ve always loved the Telecaster guitar style and wanted to find a bass guitar in that style. Sadly though Fender hasn’t ever made a Telecaster Bass Guitar. So considering I hadn’t yet built a bass gutiar yet, so I decided to make my own version of a Telecaster Bass.

The body is made from poplar and is the exact Tele shape dimension. The neck is maple lacquered with custom black inlays I made for it. The pickups and electronics are the same you’d expect in a Tele but I swapped bass pickups in there instead. Super happy with how this one turned out and is now my go-to for playing bass.
